Kusini Yengi has been talking about the injury that has ruled him out for many weeks and while looking forward to a potentially return.
The Australian signed for Portsmouth this summer, making his first move away from the A League in his career.
He has scored 10 goals in the last two seasons in Australia, playing for two different sides and making 45 appearances.

Moving to Pompey for an undisclosed fee from Western Sydney Wanderers, he has had a great start.
12 minutes of League Two action saw him score two goals across two games.
One appearance in the EFL Cup has returned another two goals for the forward, meaning he has scored a goal every 22 minutes.
What has Kusini Yengi said?
The Aussie has confirmed his comeback is coming soon: “It’s not too long now, everything seems to be feeling good so far.
The injury came as a surprise as it looked like a nothing moment.
What came out was a ‘freak injury’: “It was an incident which happens in training, just competing, I went in for a challenge and then came out the worst.
“Our legs got tangled and then I ended up on the floor. When I tried to get up I just could feel my ankle.”
It was a pretty terrible moment considering his form at the time.
Despite this, Yengi isn’t dwelling on it: “Things happen in football and I’m in my rehab now and when I get back onto the pitch hopefully I can reproduce what I was doing.”
That being said, he can’t wait to get back: “It was a great start, but I still have plenty more to give and am looking forward to getting back onto the pitch.
“It’s very frustrating sitting on the side lines watching the boys play.”
Here’s to hoping that Yengi comes back and is still on fire as he was before this moment of madness that has ruled him out.
